ScribbleMaps may be a Flash-based web-mapping service that utilizes Google Maps, increasing its services with additional tools and options, such as: drawing, typing, form creation, way points and navigation, distance marking, and importing of Google Earth files.

The register for the pro version

1.  Go to: scribble maps website 

2.  Click the "Go Pro" button.

3.  Click on "Register for Free" 

4.  Then log in and start map creating.
